Booking of Hall Terms & Conditions

1. The intended user must fill up prescribed form in all respects. The incomplete form is liable to be rejected.

2. In normal course, the hall will be rented out for purposes of marriages, engagement ceremony, naming ceremony, puja or such related religious functions. It will not be rented for last rites of dead

Air-Conditioning Charges Rs. 2000/- per hour

i) Rent quoted is exclusive of taxes. As per present taxation Central Service Tax will be charged additionally @12.36%.

ii) If there is an increase in rent subsequent to booking, difference due to enhanced rent is payable prior to taking possession of hall.

iii) Half day booking is allowed only a month in advance. There is no time restriction in booking hall for Full Day.

iv) The refund of deposit will always be made by way of a/c payee cheque favouring the person in whose name hall is booked.

v) It is expected that a single marriage or a single thread ceremony will be performed on day specified. If additional marriage or thread ceremony is taking place, then management needs to be informed. An additional charge of Rs.1500/- in case of marriage & Rs.1000/- in case of thread ceremony will be levied. However no additional material will be supplied.

4. The rent covers hall, two rooms, stage, pandal, puja material, cooking utensils, tables and chairs. The details are given herein below.

5. Loud music instruments or firecrackers or DJ are not allowed in hall or in building compound.

6. Only vegetarian food is permitted. The non-vegetarian food or alcoholic drinks are strictly not permitted in hall or in building compound.

7. The spitting after chewing of pan, gutkha is absolutely not allowed. If this is violated, deposit amount will be forfeited.

8. The hall should be handed over back at appointed time; failure to do so will lead to forfeiture of deposit.

9. The hall should be used for the day and for the purpose it is rented for. The day and time and the purpose will not be changed. Also one cannot allow others to use hall booked in his name.

10. Due to unavoidable situation, if booking is to be cancelled, the cancellation request should be in writing. The hall on cancelled day if could be rented to someone else,75% refund will be made.If remains unrented, then no refund is possible. In case of death in family of person who has booked the hall and he submits cancellation request along with death certificate, Management may consider request on sympathy grounds.

11. The information submitted in booking form or cancellation request if found false, Management reserves right to impose fine or may ask to vacate the hall immediately.

12. While handing over back the material, if something found missing or damaged, the cost will be adjusted against the deposit held.

13. If deposit is not taken back within three months of function, such amount will be forfeited.

14. The management is not bound to pay any compensation, if for any reasons lights, utensils or any other material listed, could not be provided.

15. The Government takes this hall for election and election related work. In such an eventuality the booking will be cancelled and full amount will be refunded.

16. The persons booking this hall should take proper care of their belongings and must inform so to all concerned. The management is not responsible for any loss due to misplacement or theft.

17. We expect courteous behavior with office staff from persons using the hall.

18. The invitation card must be delivered to office at least four days before the function.

19. All dealings including booking, other services or material will be done with concerned party or relatives of such party and not with the contractor.

20. The authorized representative of management has right to see that the hall is used as per set rules. In case of violation of any of above rules or rules of Govt or Municipal Corporation; the management reserves the right to ask the party to vacate the hall immediately. In such circumstances, rent and deposit will not be refunded.

21. The management reserves the right to change the rules at any time without any notice.

All concerned are requested to take care and co-operate with the management to avoid any unpleasant steps.

Puja Material: 4 Tambya(small round pot), 2 tamhan, 2 pele(glass), 2 panchpatri, 2 samai(big lamp),

2 niranjan(small lamp), 1 chaurang(wooden higher seat), 15 pat(wooden flat seat), 1homkund, 2 tables for rukhvat, Raja- Rani Chairs.

Light Series on Stage, Curtain

Kitchen Material :Cooking utensils, serving utensils, Stainless Steel Set of 200 plates, glasses,

bowls

Furniture: Tables( approx. 30), Chairs(approx. 300), 2 carpets in two rooms, Cassette of Shehnai

for 3 hours.

The following will be charged extra

Cloth Gate :Rs. 500/- (Day) Rs. 700/- (night)

Halogen Lamp :Rs. 100/ - per lamp
